1 — Using Brandready
By creating an account you agree to use Brandready only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
2 — Your content
You are responsible for all content you add to your media kit including statistics, descriptions, and images. By publishing a kit you confirm that your information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3 — Acceptable use
You may not use Brandready to misrepresent your statistics or audience demographics, impersonate other creators or brands, upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, or use the platform for any fraudulent purpose.
4 — Free and paid plans
The free plan is available indefinitely with the features listed on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis — email hello@brandready.io.
5 — Availability
We aim to keep Brandready available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features with reasonable notice.
6 — Limitation of liability
Brandready is a tool that helps you create and share a media kit. We do not guarantee that using Brandready will result in brand partnerships or deals. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
7 — Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
8 — Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will notify users by email for significant changes.
